At Flourish Counseling & Consultation, our team shares a commitment to creating a safe and affirming space for healing and growth. We are a diverse group of therapists, interns, and even a therapy dog. Each of us brings unique expertise, lived experience, and compassion to the work we do. Our clinicians provide trauma-informed and evidence-based care for children, families, couples, and individuals. Avery Lackner, LAC

Avery is a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals across the lifespan. She supports concerns such as anxiety, depression, Autism and ADHD, trauma, addiction, and parenting, with a special passion for working with adolescents and families. Avery uses a strengths-based, collaborative approach, integrating CBT, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support healing. She is LGBTQIA+ affirming and grounded in a culturally humble, liberation-oriented framework.

Lexi Sacci, LMSW

Lexi supports individuals ages 8 and older across a range of needs. She uses an eclectic, client-led approach, integrating CBT, ACT, and solution-focused techniques. Grounded in trauma-informed care and cultural humility, Lexi helps individuals navigate challenges and discover their own path toward healing and growth. She is especially passionate about serving neurodiverse children and adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and military families.

Phuong Nguyen, LMSW

Phuong is a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent-affirming, and sex-positive therapist who creates a warm, empowering space for healing. She uses a collaborative, strengths-based approach, integrating ACT, DBT, and somatic practices to support individuals ages 10+ navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and identity exploration. As a queer woman of color and Air Force veteran, Phuong is committed to affirming care for diverse communities.

Bonnie Bordner, LCSW, CCTP

Bonnie is a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, dissociation, and trauma-related stress. She uses a strengths-based approach, integrating traditional models with EMDR, Brainspotting, and parts work to support healing and resilience. Bonnie is LGBTQIA+ affirming and provides a warm, nonjudgmental space, with specialized experience supporting military members and first responders.

Hayley Herber, MSW intern & Admin

Hayley supports children and families with a compassionate, strengths-based approach. With a background in special education and early childhood development, she is especially passionate about creating inclusive, supportive spaces for growth and connection. Grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, Hayley values authenticity, creativity, and collaboration in supporting social-emotional development and resilience.

Juno

Juno is a certified therapy dog and beloved member of Flourish Counseling & Consultation, supporting clients alongside Sultana in individual and group sessions. With his gentle presence and calming energy, he helps create a warm, grounded space where individuals can feel safe and at ease.

Juno specializes in comfort, connection, and unconditional positive regard—and takes his role in the healing process very seriously (especially when treats are involved).

Kris Godfryt, LAC

Kris supports children 8+, teens, young adults, and families using a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered approach. She integrates psychoeducation and solution-focused techniques to foster healing and resilience. Kris works with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, ADHD, and caregiving. She is especially attuned to the emotional needs of children and young adults navigating early adulthood.

Brittany Dorsey, LPC, NCC

Brittany is a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who works with individuals ages 16+ navigating concerns such as anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, neurodiversity, and grief. She specializes in supporting perinatal and postpartum individuals, as well as military members and first responders and uses a collaborative, strengths-based approach, integrating CBT, EMDR, ACT, DBT, and parts work to support healing, self-trust, and resilience.

Sultana Graham, LCSW, LIAC

Sultana is the Founder and Clinical Director of Flourish Counseling & Consultation and a trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating grief, trauma, addiction, OCD, and eating disorders. She uses a strengths-based, client-centered approach, integrating EMDR, ERP, CBT, and somatic practices to support whole-person healing. Sultana is committed to inclusive, affirming care and brings a deep focus on clinical excellence, cultural humility, and meaningful, lasting change.
