Supervision for Associates Pursuing Licensure
Sultana provides high-quality supervision for associates pursuing licensure in Washington and Arizona, in compliance with RCW 18.225.090, WAC 246-809-334, and A.A.C. R4-6-214, R4-6-212(A). With the goal to empower emerging social workers and mental health clinicians to reach their full professional potential, Sultana uses a strengths-based approach to integrate social justice and systemic concerns at the micro, mezzo, and macro levels.

Agency Consultation
With extensive experience supporting non-profit organizations, Sultana offers targeted consultation to enhance clinical supervision, strengthen partnerships, improve team performance, and elevate service delivery. Through personalized 1:1 and group consultations, Sultana facilitates practical, evidence-based discussions on clinical strategy and service integration. Offerings include dynamic lunch-and-learn sessions, engaging team-building activities, and tailored support that helps teams thrive in their mission to deliver high-quality behavioral health care.
Supervision, Consultation & Coaching Fees
$150 per hour*
$60 per person for1.5 hours of group supervision
*Rate for individual supervision discounted for associates working within non-profit/community mental health care settings
