Supervision for Associates Pursuing Licensure
I provide high-quality supervision for associates pursuing licensure in Washington and Arizona, in compliance with RCW 18.225.090, WAC 246-809-334, and A.A.C. R4-6-214, R4-6-212(A). My goal is to empower emerging social workers and mental health clinicians to reach their full professional potential. With an eclectic, strengths-based approach, I integrate social justice and systemic concerns at the micro, mezzo, and macro levels.
My diverse experience in settings such as homeless shelters, hospitals, community mental health centers, client homes and private practice has equipped me with a broad range of skills and deep humility, which enhances my empathetic and compassionate supervision style.
I would be honored to support your professional growth as you enter the field of social work or mental health. Together, we can help you flourish into the professional you aspire to become.
