Lexi Sacci (she/her)
MSW
Lexi is a Master of Social Work (MSW) providing trauma-informed, affirming therapy for individuals ages 8 and older. She brings five years of experience supporting individuals in behavioral health residential treatment settings, where she worked alongside people navigating complex mental health concerns while completing her degree in social work. Lexi earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University.
Lexi especially enjoys working with veterans, queer individuals, and young people transitioning into adulthood. She offers a collaborative, person-led approach that honors each individual’s lived experience and supports them in moving at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Her work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused strategies to help individuals build practical coping skills, reconnect with their values, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
Grounded in cultural humility and a strengths-based lens, Lexi strives to create a space where individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered. In addition to individual therapy, she has experience facilitating groups and looks forward to offering group support at Flourish.
For insurance, Lexi will be accepting Aetna, Banner Aetna, TriWest, and BCBS of Arizona, offering both in-person therapy in Oro Valley, Casas Adobes area of Tucson and secure telehealth across Arizona.
