Kelly is a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and inclusive therapist who brings warmth, curiosity, and genuine non-judgment to every therapeutic relationship. She works with teens and adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, and addiction—meeting each person where they are and honoring their unique path forward.
Kelly's approach to therapy is eclectic and person-centered, rooted in the belief that healing looks different for everyone. She integrates techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support clients in building a diverse set of skills, growing their confidence, and cultivating self-compassion.
At the heart of Kelly's work is a commitment to creating a safe, affirming space for self-exploration, authentic connection, and meaningful change.
