At Flourish Counseling & Consultation, we accept a variety of insurance plans for clients in Arizona and Washington and also offer out-of-network and private pay options. Coverage can vary by plan, so we strongly encourage you to confirm your benefits with your insurer before scheduling a session.

Note: Many insurance plans do not cover couples or family therapy, so these sessions are often out-of-network or private pay.

Out-of-Network & Private Pay

If we are not in-network—or if you prefer to pay out of pocket—you may use out-of-network benefits. Sessions are paid upfront, and we provide a detailed superbill for potential insurance reimbursement.
