In Washington, in network with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Premera, First Choice, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Tricare, United Health Care*, and Lyra EAP.

In Arizona, in network with Aetna, Cigna, Tricare, United Health Care* and Lyra EAP (Pending contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield of AZ).

*If your insurance plan is listed as one that we accept, please be aware that there are many different plans under each insurance company and Flourish Counseling & Consultation may not be in-network with your specific plan. Please check with your insurance company directly about whether we are listed as in-network with your plan and ask them about your coverage/financial responsibility for outpatient mental health counseling services prior to scheduling.

If you have an insurance plan outside of the above providers and/or prefer to pay out of pocket for therapy sessions, Flourish Counseling & Consultation would be considered out-of-network. For these insurance plans, you will be provided with receipts of services to submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network benefits. Meaning, you would pay for services up-front and then seek reimbursement through your insurance company.

Individual therapy session (55 minute)- $150

Individual therapy session (45-50 minutes)- $140

Family/couple’s therapy session (55 minutes)- $150

Family/couple’s therapy session (45-50 minutes)- $140

Group therapy session (90 minutes)- $40
