Sultana Graham (she/her)

LCSW, LIAC

Sultana is the Founder and Clinical Director of Flourish Counseling & Consultation, where she leads with a commitment to clinical excellence, trauma-informed care, and inclusive practice. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC) in both Washington and Arizona, she brings over 15 years of post-graduate experience across diverse settings, including community mental health, hospitals, shelters, and private practice.

As a leader, Sultana is deeply invested in building a practice culture that prioritizes safety, integrity, and social responsibility. She is passionate about hiring and mentoring clinicians who are authentic, culturally informed, and clinically rigorous—ensuring that Flourish offers care that is not only effective but also deeply affirming for all identities and lived experiences.

Her therapeutic expertise includes working with individuals, couples, and families navigating grief, trauma, addiction recovery, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and eating disorders. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, ERP, CBT, attachment theory, mindfulness-based and somatic practices, Sultana maintains a humanistic and client-centered foundation in both her clinical and supervisory work. She also holds certification in Nutrition and Mental Health, which informs her integrative, whole-person approach to care.

Outside of the office, Sultana values connection, joy, and movement. She and her partner love exploring new places with their children and dogs. Her personal self-care includes baking, board games, and outdoor adventures like hiking, biking, pickleball, Pilates, hot yoga, volleyball, and just about any activity under the sun.
