Sultana Graham (she/her)

Sultana is the Founder and Clinical Director of Flourish Counseling & Consultation, where she leads with a commitment to clinical excellence, trauma-informed care, and inclusive practice. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC) in both Washington and Arizona, she brings over 15 years of post-graduate experience across diverse settings, including community mental health, hospitals, shelters, and private practice.
As a leader, Sultana is deeply invested in building a practice culture that prioritizes safety, integrity, and social responsibility. She is passionate about hiring and mentoring clinicians who are authentic, culturally informed, and clinically rigorous—ensuring that Flourish offers care that is not only effective but also deeply affirming for all identities and lived experiences.
Her therapeutic expertise includes working with individuals, couples, and families navigating grief, trauma, addiction recovery, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and eating disorders. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, ERP, CBT, attachment theory, mindfulness-based and somatic practices, Sultana maintains a humanistic and client-centered foundation in both her clinical and supervisory work. She also holds certification in Nutrition and Mental Health, which informs her integrative, whole-person approach to care.
Outside of the office, Sultana values connection, joy, and movement. She and her partner love exploring new places with their children and dogs. Her personal self-care includes baking, board games, and outdoor adventures like hiking, biking, pickleball, Pilates, hot yoga, volleyball, and just about any activity under the sun.
Brittany Dorsey (she/her)
MS, LAC*, NCC
Brittany is a trauma informed LGBTQIA+ affirming mental health counselor with a strong background in perinatal and postpartum care and first responders. She began her career in behavioral health in 2015 after earning her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona. She later completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a specialization in Forensic Counseling, from Walden University.
Brittany approaches therapy as a collaborative and empowering journey. She partners with individuals and couples to create a supportive, authentic space where healing, self-discovery, and growth can flourish. She believes each person holds the wisdom and strength needed to create meaningful change—and her role is to help them reconnect with that inner truth.
Brittany works with individuals aged 16 and older facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, military and first responder stress, depression, addiction, neurodiversity, and grief. She has a special passion for supporting perinatal and postpartum individuals and has completed advanced training through Postpartum Support International, along with other specialized programs. Brittany is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and creates a supportive, trauma-informed space for healing and growth.
Her therapeutic approach is eclectic and client-centered, blending techniques from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), inner child work, parts work, and humanistic therapy. At the core of her work is a commitment to helping clients build self-trust, confidence, and emotional resilience.
Outside the therapy room, Brittany finds joy in time with her two sons—her greatest inspiration. She also enjoys reading, relaxing with her dog, running through her neighborhood, watching baseball, visiting family, and laughing with her close-knit circle of friends.
*Brittany has applied for full independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has met all eligibility requirements. She is currently awaiting final approval and issuance of her license from the Board of Behavioral Health
Bonnie Bordner (she/her)
LMSW*, CCTP
Bonnie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, and inclusive approach to both individual and couples therapy. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University and offers a rich, interdisciplinary background that enhances her clinical work. Her experience spans education, non-profits, addiction treatment, parental attachment research, and community mental health—allowing her to support clients with depth, empathy, and a strengths-based perspective.
Bonnie supports adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, eating disorders, depression, dissociative disorders, and trauma-related stress. She is trained in advanced, evidence-based therapies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, and parts work, helping clients feel more grounded, present, and empowered in their healing journey.
A proud gender-inclusive and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, Bonnie creates a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients of all identities and backgrounds are seen, heard, and valued.
Bonnie also has specialized training in working with military personnel and first responders, including certification through PsychArmor, and she is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Her work honors the complexity of trauma and the resilience of those who carry it.
At the heart of Bonnie’s therapeutic approach is trust, authenticity, and compassion. She fosters a warm, safe environment where clients can show up fully and engage in meaningful work. Through a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens, she helps individuals reconnect with their inner resilience and move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
Kris Godfryt (she/her)
MS, LAC
Kris brings over 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, young adults, and families through life’s many seasons. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa and her Master’s in School Counseling from National-Louis University in Illinois. Her background as a teacher and school counselor nurtured her passion for creating safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces where people feel truly seen and supported.
Kris holds her LAC certification and is currently working toward her LPC licensure. She has extensive experience walking alongside clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, school-related concerns, ADHD, parenting and caregiving, chronic illness, and identity development. She is trauma-informed and uses a person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach, often weaving in psychoeducation to support greater self-understanding and growth.
Kris believes that healing happens in relationship—when people feel safe, accepted, and heard. She brings warmth, empathy, and curiosity into her work and sees each client as the expert of their own experience. Kris is committed to cultural humility and providing affirming care for clients of all identities and backgrounds, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community. She is passionate about helping individuals and families reconnect with their inner resilience, explore what matters most to them, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Her approach is always tailored to the unique needs and identities of each person she serves, and she is honored to walk beside them as they navigate their path toward healing and wholeness.

Juno
Certified Therapy Animal
Juno is a certified therapy dog and a beloved member of Flourish Counseling & Consultation. He officially graduated from therapy dog school in 2023 and now proudly supports clients alongside Sultana during both individual and group therapy sessions.
With his gentle presence, soulful eyes, and calming energy, Juno helps create a warm, grounded environment where clients can feel safe, comforted, and more at ease during their healing journey. Whether he’s sitting quietly nearby or offering a tail wag of encouragement, Juno plays an important role in supporting emotional connection, nervous system regulation, and therapeutic trust.
Juno specializes in comfort, companionship, and unconditional positive regard—and he takes his job very seriously (especially when treats are involved 🦴). He is especially fond of sunshine naps, head scratches, and being part of the healing process.
